Construction of 32 Shelly Beach Road Apartments is well and truly underway. We are proud to be partnering with Ganellan a second time for the build who have been very busy over the last few months carrying out all of the civil works. The upgrade of the stormwater, in ground plumbing and piling are now complete with two thirds of bulk excavation also complete. 

The concrete raft is scheduled to be poured mid-June and the structural steel is being manufactured and scheduled to be on site early July. 

Practical completion for 32 Shelly Beach Road is on track to be achieved Q2 2022. Following practical completion, a number of council processes will need to occur before settlement can take place. We will provide you with more information about expected timeframes closer to this time.
